I build AI that ships. On the ServiceNow platform I design intelligent experiences with Now Assist and AI Agent Studio; beyond it, I develop with the Claude API, autonomous agents and MCP — turning models into reliable, production-grade tools and automations.
That work sits on a deep ServiceNow foundation: years architecting across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and CMDB at organisations like the Royal Bank of Canada and Scottish Power, certified across the platform (CSA, CAD and six CIS specialisations) and grounded in ITIL, Agile/Scrum and Lean Six Sigma.
